Can I cancel or modify my order?
Orders can be canceled or modified within 24 hours of placement by contacting our customer service team. Once your order has been processed or shipped, cancellations or changes are no longer possible.
What is your shipping policy?
We ship koi via UPS Next-Day Air to ensure they arrive healthy and safe. Orders are shipped Monday through Thursday to avoid weekend delays, and we do not ship before holidays. Shipping rates depend on the size of the fish and the destination. All orders are prepaid, and we accept major credit cards. Bulk shipping discounts may apply for larger orders.
What is your return/exchange policy?
Due to the nature of live koi, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if there is an issue with your shipment, such as damage or illness upon arrival, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
