Black Swamp Koi Farms will package each Koi with comfort and safety as our top priority. We want to ensure each fish arrives safely to its new owner. We ship fish Monday - Thursday each week to ensure there are no days over the weekend. We do not ship right before a holiday. Again, to ensure a safe delivery.
All orders are shipped UPS next-day air and will arrive at your door within 36 hours. Typically, fish arrive the next day between 11 a.m. and 3 p.m. Your order will be packaged to arrive safely at your door within 36 hours. Otherwise, please allow until 5 p.m. for delivery. Your fish will be packed in polyethylene bags with pure oxygen.
Our shipping rates vary with the size of the fish and the distance to its destination. Our goal is to provide the best shipping rates possible. All orders must be prepaid. We accept all major credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover).
We offer bulk shipping. The size of the order determines this.
